What you need

cup semisweet chocolate chips

banana

tbsp peanut flour

cup peanut butter

pinch fine sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F and prepare a round or square baking dish. 2. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix in peanut butter, flour, and maple syrup until a thick dough forms. 3. Fold in chocolate chips. 4. Scoop into 2-3 mounds, keeping them thick and not flattening much. 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center still looks slightly underdone. 6. Finish with flaky sea salt and allow to cool.
